2025 DO Day at the State Legislature

We will be back at the Arizona Capitol on Monday, February 18, 2025, from 8:30am to 1:00pm!

Osteopathic physicians and medical students are invited to join AOMA for a free event at the Arizona Capitol to learn about advocacy and meet with legislators to discuss the most critical issues impacting health care.

The DO Day at the State Legislature provides a great opportunity to get an up close view of the legislative process and to meet your legislators. The day will begin with an orientation at 8:30 a.m. followed by presentations on health care issues from key Arizona legislators and advocacy leaders. AOMA will group students with physician advocates and set up meetings with your legislators. The formal program will end around 1:00 pm. You are welcome to stay longer at the Capitol and attend House or Senate hearings in the afternoon.
