About the Fall Seminar
The Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association invites you to attend the Fall Seminar November 8-9, 2024. Join us in beautiful Tucson at the El Conquistador Resort or view this two-day event from the convenience of your home. The Seminar features presentations from highly qualified speakers and provides 20 hours of continuing medical education.

Exhibit at the Fall Seminar
By exhibiting at the AOMA Annual Convention, you will deliver your company’s targeted message to Arizona-based physicians. Exhibitors have access to all attendees throughout the day on November 8, 2024. Refreshment breaks will occur in the exhibit area. AOMA will provide a 6′ table, linens, two chairs, and a trash bin.
You will also have an option to highlight your company’s message in a virtual exhibit booth, specifically targeting our online meeting attendees.

Accreditation Information
The Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association (AOMA) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians.
The AOMA designates this program for a maximum of 20.0 hours of AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
The Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association (AOMA) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The AOMA designates this live activity for a maximum of 20.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Cancellation Information
All requests for refunds must be in writing and received by October 18, 2024. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from the registration fee. Refunds will not be available after October 18, 2024. A credit for a future CME event may be issued.
