The Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association (AOMA) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians.

To access the Attestation forms, log into your account on our website AZosteo.org. After logging in successfully into your account click the Education tab, then select from the dropdown menu My CME.
Conference attestation forms are found in your account under the My List tab. After you click My List you will see the 2022 Summer Symposium appear under your purchases select the Certificate button to begin filling out the attestation forms.
